Founding Members also receive reduced contingency fee arrangements if EJR Legal Group files a lawsuit on your behalf.

Membership is $62.50 per month ($750/year)—and as a Founding Member, your rate is locked in permanently. It will never increase.

Founding Memberships are limited to the first 750 employees who enroll. Additional enrollment periods will open in 2026 at rates that are not guaranteed.
